I have no idea for what reason the European Commission is not permitting reproduction of the information they create. Do they intend to sell it?
Apart from the feeling that there will be nobody buying it anyway, it seem to me that the European Community of tax payers already paid for it...

The Europa Coordination Team wrote me an answer allowing me to use the content from that website. The only problem: Authorisation is only granted if the source is acknowledged. Hmmm, difficult if it is used for wikipedia where information is free.
